Starbucks Aeropuerto Monterrey TB y PB

I travel a lot for work and I have never come across a Starbucks with such apathetic staff. They wanted to charge me for a thermos that I supposedly broke, just for seeing it and turning it over (to see the price) while I was in line, it is evident that they do it on purpose hoping that some unsuspecting person will believe that they made the mistake and pay for it. Before even taking my order, the guy who served me asked me very rudely if I would take the thermos that I broke, to which I told him that I hadn't broken it and that if I had, I hadn't done it, it was because of him. thermos and showed me that it was supposedly broken from the lid (which I didn't even touch) and I explained again that it wasn't me, since I only took it to see it, I told the most rude guy who has ever treated me that yes He wanted to be able to check his cameras, which he had no problem waiting; He just got upset, put the thermos aside and took my order. By the way, the most tasteless Caramel Machiatto I have ever tried….

I was looking forward to having a delicious coffee since they do not have electronic collection and they do not give you your ticket either.

I had never been in a Starbucks with loud loud music, a strange selection for a coffee shop of this franchise, I thought the music was standard for all their locations (it looked like a wedding)

But service and the slowest among Starbucks in the world.

Very small and uncomfortable, the service is super bad, and they give you what they want.
